Terms & Conditions

Booking

All bookings are made via WhatsApp, phone, or the contact form on this website. A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us.

Payment

Payment is made in cash on the day of the tour, before departure. We accept Euros (EUR). Prices are as listed on the website at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless the tour is cancelled by us due to weather.

Weather

Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions make the tour unsafe, we will cancel and offer a full refund or free reschedule. The decision to cancel is made by the captain and is final.

Safety

All passengers must follow the captain's instructions. Life jackets are provided and must be worn when instructed. Passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused boarding without refund.

Liability

Flotilla Dorada carries full liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Passengers participate at their own risk for activities such as swimming and snorkeling.
